Once a year we open up the cellar of the ciderworks to the intrepid.
Taste ciders which may never see the light of day, discover the flavours of ciders as they mature – and what the cider makers are looking for when they are creating blends and new ciders. Rare ciders straight from the wood, dry ciders from mighty 50,000 gallon vats and firm favourites before they make their appearance in a bottle or keg.
Bring interested taste buds and a broad mind!
